More Health and Happiness

Now, in Term 2 we face another challenge – it’s going to be dark earlier, it’s going to be colder and our sofas will look even more comfy than they usually do. Oh dear, winter is near. As always it helps to keep things in perspective. In some countries, children go to school in the morning when it’s still dark and return in the afternoon once again in darkness. Believe me, I know what I’m talking about. So, how can that little bit of cold and darkness Sydney winter has to offer deter us? Let’s put on an extra layer and off we go; it won’t be that hard after all!

Maybe, this year, we’ll be able to keep those New Year’s resolutions alive for a little bit longer.
